Yesterday we participated in the Panache 2007 bridal show at the Columbia Tower Club. It was a great event, with stunning views (even through the rain), delicious hors de’ourves and a sampling of Seattle’s premier event professionals.

As most of you loyal Brown Sugar Design fans know, we’ve been designing from a small home studio for the past four years. While working at home certainly has its advantages (hello pajamas!) we’re taking a plunge and moving into a small studio space in downtown Kirkland. The studio will be used for some design and production, and we will also be using it as a space to meet with clients and display a sampling of our projects.

We spent the past weekend painting the space a lovely shade of green and this week we’ll be buying furniture and moving in! Watch for updates - photos coming soon.

It’s that time of year again–the time of year you can let the world (okay, Seattle) know which wedding vendors are the best of the best, the creme de la creme, the cream of the crop, the bee’s knees, the…alright, I think you get the idea.
