Not just any retro style either, the amazing futuristic views that could only come from the seventies. For some reason, in the seventies, the future was full of rainbows. In doing this research a fellow designer posted a link to some images of the Canadian designer James White and his company Signal Noise. His influences all comes from the same future of the seventies (and some 80’s). Influences such as, Atari, the Commodore 64 (how I love thee) and movie posters from the era. He then take those influences and re-designs or reinterprets the imagery with great technique. It is both complex and simple. Be sure to also check out his online store. Just thought you all might enjoy some stimuli for the eye this mid-week in April.
